I. General Information
With the development of Chinese modern industry, welding and hardware industries have developed quickly. For their further advancement, we will hold the Chinese largest and highest-grade united trade fair ——2006 Welding & Cutting Trade Fair , 2006 Spring China Hardware Trade Fair and the Ninth International Hardware Trade Fair in Shanghai on March 8~10 ,2006. The fair is authorized by Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. It is organized by China National Hardware Electric And Chemical Products Commercial Association (CNHECPCA), China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters etc., and co-organized by China Heavy Machinery, China Shipping etc. It has the advantageous resources of 3100 international standard exhibition booths, 1800 exhibitors, 70000 visitors, more than 80 news medium and 40000 hardware and welding products. The fair must provide for companies unprecedented opportunities and the best stage of demonstrating, popularizing and cooperating.
Ⅱ.significance of exposition
As one of the biggest international manufacturing bases, China owns spacious welding market, and is in urgent need of different welding products with high quality which mainly includes the products in the fields of mechanical producing, pressure vessel, ship-building, aviation, automobile industry, petrochemical engineering. The fair will open a window for the world to see more about current situation of Chinese welding industry, and provide a platform for overseas’ welding companies to exploit Chinese market.

1.It allow 10 percent discount for above 6 (6 included) and under12 （12 excluded）booths
2.It allow 15 percent discount for above 12 (12 included) and under18（18 excluded）booths
3.It allow 20 percent discount for above 18 (18 included) booths
V . Participation fees

Each international standard booth has an information desk, two chairs, two spotlights, carpet, and a socket with 220V, 5A

VIII. Participation
If you wan to order booth, please complete the application form and post or fax it to the organizing office ahead of time. After we receive the application form, we will sign further contract.
